SHIPPING | We have a goal to have your product reach you as quickly as possible- we know you are excited to use your roller! Rollers that are pre-ordered or back-ordered are not guaranteed within the 7-10 day time frame. Trust that we are working diligently to offer you the highest quality jade rollers as quickly as possible. 

We usually process orders within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 2-3 business days. Meaning if you order on a Monday, you should have your roller by end of week!

Note: Unexpected shade variations occur as it is a natural stone. We will do our best to inform you of these shade variations via email prior to your receiving it.  

RETURNS | If you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email and we will be glad to work with you to make things right! 

We meticulously inspect every roller before it leaves us, however, if your product arrived damaged, please email hello@jaderollerbeauty.com for support. 

Must receive notice of defective product via email with picture within 7 days of delivery, 14 days of order. We cannot exchange items which have clearly been used.

Each item will be inspected upon arrival. If we determine we cannot exchange the item, it will be sent back to you. 

After 7 days of a package being marked delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Any item sold at a discount, promotion, sale, pre-order, or clearance can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
